Meet the Candidates Event September 12th, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Central Arena

The City of Burlington is hosting the annual Food for Feedback event in Central Park on September 12th from noon to 3 p.m.

We’ve booked the auditorium at Central Arena for our Engage, Exchange, Elect – Meet the Candidates event.

Both events are free!

Please plan to attend both events and take a few minutes to meet the candidates in your ward and some of the mayoral candidates. 

Residents who provide feedback at the Food for Feedback event receive a voucher for a free meal from a food truck.

All candidates, including incumbents, have been invited. Candidates will be grouped by Ward with a separate area for Mayoral Candidates.

We’re voting on October 26th, 2026. The city is dealing with important issues like property taxes, housing affordability, widening roads, traffic, safety, and transit. This is a great opportunity to learn more about the mayoral and ward candidates.
